In Mother!, Jennifer plays the young wife of a poet, played by Javier Bardem, whose seeming idyllic life is ruined when two strangers turn up, Ed Harris and Michelle Pfeiffer.

The chiller, has been doing the rounds of festivals including Spain’s San Sebastian and Venice in Italy, is due to open in the US on September 15.
